    Hi David,
I have been using Mag.for over a year. I just start putting it all over my body. The top of my knees and the top of my feet turned black. Iam African American. Fairly dark but not that dark. I stop putting the Mag. on feet feet and started using castrol oil. It has cleared up some. I still use the Mag. on the rest of my body twice a day. Thank You Angelglorias

I assume you mean Castor oil?If you do then you are rubbing poison into your skin!To think people actually still take this internally too!Crazy.Remember plenty of plant-life is unsafe for human use.

Dave is without doubt a great healer and has extensive knowledge about health, but just as the medical profession the main concentration now is on marketing and sales, to get every possible cent from his followers. This to me is a great disappointment as I feel that human health is a birth right and we should not be financially exploited to obtain good health. We are faced with a crooked medical system and so we turn to alternative medicine only to find that their goals vary little from the very system that we are trying to escape.

Sure everyone has to make a profit, but the main goal should be to help each other and to combat the medical monster that has taken over our country to offer hope to those that are ill, to help those that suffer with disease. This is our birth right and until the profit motive is taken out of medicine completely I am afraid that those that know will take economic advantage over those that don’t.

Dave make the change start the new revolution, fire your marketing guru and concentrate on sharing your vast knowledge with as many people as possible. The finances will take care of themselves.

    Hi David!
I posted this earlier, but can’t seem to find my comment.
here are my questions: Where do you live? (I’ve heard San Diego, Hawaii… etc.)
Where do you think is the best place in the world to live?
If the answer was somewhere in the US, where do you think is the best place in Europe (or the rest of the world) to live?
What do you think of Finland? Are you planning on having any lectures/seminars here?
What do you think is the best natural supplement for HGH?
    Thank you so much!

Dave thanks to reading your Superfoods book I was able to get pregnant by adding Maca Powder & Spirulina into my smoothies. Six years I’ve been trying. My question to you, now that I am pregnant my naturalpath obgyn/midwife said to get off of it. Is there anything else I can take safely while pregnant?

      Hi

What I dont understand is why a naturalpath obgyn/midwife told you to get off the good stuff? What they saying to you exactly? I was alwasy told that whatever your body was used to before you get pregnant is what will be ok while you are pregnant.

Maybe give the Maca a rest for the first three months – but the Spiprulina/ super greens? get more of them down you!! I say

      Congratulations Valentina,

Surely your naturopath didn’t mean to get off spirulina? It’s possibly one of the best substances for your growing baby since it has all the amino acids needed to build healthy protein cells. It should be a fermented kind to maximize absorbability.

      • Valentina says:

        Hi Sharon,

My naturopath told me to wean myself off of all the herbs that I was taking, including spirulina. She said she wasn’t sure. So now all I take is a prenatal and Omega Complete 3-6-9. I feel my baby deserves more than that? I also have Amazing Grass GreenSuperfood drink powder infused with Goji & Acai and I don’t know if I should continue to take that? I wish there was a raw diet for pregnant women. I am told to eat a lot of protein and stay away from mucous forming food due to my asthma. I have not used my inhaler in over 20yrs but since pregnancy I wheeze, especially at night. I do not want to use an inhaler unless absolutely necessary. What’s your suggestion?

Vote: Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0

        • Jeni says:

Have you heard of ephedra and lobelia inflata? Dr schultz has the best products on this – for asthma that is. I was not pregnant but it weaned me off the inhalers( plus no dairy) and I have never looked back. Mucus can also be the level of cooked food.

I found that a frew days of raw meant less mucus – but going back on some cooked foods and I had mucus for day after that.!!

          • Valentina says:

Jeni, I never heard of lobelia inflata but I went online and I looked it up. I would have to ask my naturopath about that when I see her. She has me using garlic alot like drinking it (garlic lemonade) and using it on my feet as a paste (garlic poultice) to draw out the mucous. I wish I could go all raw while pregnant but I would be afraid that I’m not getting the amount of protein and nutrients the baby needs. I’m only 10% raw with my salads, snacks and smoothies. Thanks for your suggestions, I really appreciate them. ~val

      Val

Loberlia Inflata – ‘Dr Richard Schultz’ is the king on that one there is no BS with this guy he learned from the best at the time ‘Dr John Christopher’. No one else will know much about it and they may even scare you off it. YOU do have to take it drop by drop – it relaxes the internal muscles of the lungs and intestines depending on the action you need and the amount you take – (dont confuse the action with valarian) it does not make you sleepy – only if you down the whole bottle maybe?.
(Some places may scare mounger you by saying it will make you throw up etc,.. like I said I started with 2 drops then got up to 10- 15 now I dont need it much at all.)

Have you read the ‘renegade health’ site as well? they will myth bust over the protein issues. You dont need as much protein as you think it is the level of minerals that kep the body ph balanced is more important.
All that Garlic stuff is just keeping the blood thin and acting like an anti boitic with the suplhur levels just keeping the system clean. Just depends if you feel it is doing something?

Most raw food ists will say keep a supergreen powder for insurance of getting the protien and minerals etc,..like the one dave wolfe sells. there are many good ones on the market- Dr Schultz sells a good one so does renegade health.

I must say that when I did look it up, it did mention throwing up and all kinds of scary things. LOL I did go to the websites you mentioned and it was very informative. I finally did get back on the supergreen powder once a day and will eventually get back to 3x a day. As for the garlic, I really have not been good about doing it. I just can’t seem to drink it without knowing that if I sweat, I will smell like garlic! As for now, I will add more raw food to my diet and see how I feel. Thank you so much! ~val

Val I for got to say that if you are worried about the smell of garlic coming out of your pores you really have to be downing a lot of it. BUT the magic herb for nuetralising it is parsely cut it up eat anyway you can. I usually put it in smoothie/juices.
Those around you that are in healthy diets will not object to the smell of garlic.
The only people that will complain will be those who have the worst diets/other health issues. I have learned this from experience and observation.

Hello Valentina, please go easy on the Parsley as it is a very powerful herb, high on the list of supposed Abortifacients. For the non-pregnant mensturating female it may serve as an Emmenagogue to help alleviate heavy periods but check with someone who really knows their herbs….Susan Weed springs to mind.I believe her sister is a midwife too,so a lot of knowledge for the pregnant woman between them.Susan had loads of wonderful herbal advice when I last checked out her video clips.I happened upon her when I was researching Comfrey.I understand that it is the two main active chemicals contained in the Parsley seed that are the real danger and I will not chew the seeds nowadays as I value my kidneys! Will not eat too much of the leaves/stalks of this powerful herb either as I overdid that last year!Have the flat-leaved and crinkle-leaved variety growing in my unheated poly-tunnel at the moment, was down to -10c outside the other day but plants look fine…..as are the Arctic King Lettuces and Strawberry plants!Haven`t eaten parsley for some time but it`s there for when my body tells me to eat it.That`s my tuppence/two cents worth, hope it`s of use.

        • Jeni says:

          Hi Val

Just info for others who read this as well. There is nothing wrong with eating the parsely leaves – long as it feels right in your stomach and you have eaten this before you got pregnant . There are others that will scare monger you otherwise.
The only danger from parsely comes from using the essential oil. That IS very powerful as are any essential oils. I used to be an Holistic Therapist (and trained in aromatherapy, sports therapy, acupressure massage, beauty therapy etc,..)so I know exactly what I am talking about. there are a few oils that cannot used used in pregnancy/early pregnancy.

Parsley eaten as it comes out the ground is fine – and any other herb come to that as long it is ’something yor body is used to before you got pregnant’.

Chewing seeds is another story entirely – that may well bring on an abortion but I think the carrot seeds are better at doing that according to Daniel Vitalis.

Hi David. Here is your quote I want to make a comment on…

“It just-so-happens that they released a brand new video about
how(and why) the “Law of Attraction” doesn’t work for most folks
because taking ACTION is the missing step of manifesting your
    reality.”

I was watching a video about the LOA and the speaker said ALIGNMENT is often the missing piece to the puzzle. Apparently you have to be aligned with your true desires, morals or something like that. I’m not sure, but maybe you have a comment of your own about this.

Also, where can I get information about your ormus water setup? You had it spread out on your yard, but can that system be set up in a home? If it can, where can I learn how to do it? Where can I learn about Ormus water in general?

    Thanks in advance.

I am thinking of buying a green powder as supplement. I hear about spirulina, and marine phytoplankton ( some of which is processed with is it C02?) What is a good green supplement to use, economical to buy and economical to ship overseas to me, and good quality. Would a powder be the best? What about processing procedures, what should be avoided. Is it good to use a green type supplement and should it be added or used daily?

There are several good supergreen powders on the market that are not processed with CO2. (Not sure what you have read to get that info?)
David does a good supergreen powder, so does Dr richard Schultz, Think Renegade Health does one as well, Heal Marketplace – there are so many out there that only “‘cold dry’ the greens and then pack them (in a nut shell”). These I thought were best vaue for money and they last at least 1 month if not a bit more.

I bought a reverse-osmosis system from Fred Van Liew and learned alot, even though that filters the water it is still “dead water”. I also bought his “vitalizer plus” which gives life to the water. It uses magnetic and infrared forces, creates a vortex, and has a mineral basket. Your opinion on that product?..That’s enough for now, keep up the EXCELLENT WORK….mahalo, keith

    Greetings,

Here is a question maybe someone can shed some light on. How to get the most medicinal value from herbal teas like Astragalus,Cat’s Claw, and Pau D’Arco? Assuming the length of time the tea bags are allowed to steep is the same; should the water temperature used to make the tea be room temperature, or say 160 degrees F, or near 220 degrees F to obtain the maximum active principle from these herbs?

Vote: Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0

    • Jeni says:

      Hi Craig

The temperature of the water does not have to be that hot just to get the benefits you are after.
It is usually about the longer you leave it the better the taste and those beneficial chemicals are in more abundance.

Are you using this for detoxing? if so I would leave the tea mix in cold water overnight ( I now take mine out of tea bags and leave it loose and use tea strainer, it tastes better) then gently and slowly heat it. This is from Dr richard Schulzes way of getting the maximiun benefits.

    • Juanita says:

      Reply for Craig

There is a method where you can get the best of your herbs.
For some to get the most benefit you have to place them in alcohol
      obviously consumable alcohol.

You place your dry herbs ( you may remove them from the tea bag)in a crock pot, add your water and let it cook for 24 to 48 hour in the slow cooker, (you may also use food grade glycerin and mix half water and half glycerin),the left over herb should not have any greenery left if it does, you could add this to alcohol (vodka)for several days, to get the rest of the nutrients and latter mix together with the water or glycerin mix. You do not have to use the alcohol.

To Sharon Samtur and the kidney stones.

    Sharon,

I went on the internet for edema, and found that some people are removing kidney stones with the following:

corn silk, or parsley/coriander, there was something about the skin on the watermelon seed. Do not mix these ingredients. It was for two or more days of drinking the water from cooking it, boil for three min pour off the water and repeat three more times. add all the waters together and most important drink it during the day espcially at like 2 a.m. so keep it by the bed. It cleans the kidney out more. I dont know of the cautions and kidney stones, butit will decrease the size and possibly it will come out in the urine. Check out the internet see if you can find more details.

I and my friend get edema, my edema is almost gone, and now i drink a lot more liquids, herbal teas too. Water is truly the essence of life.
