I missed the type of blue-green algae to be used in combination with the medicinal mushrooms and aged garlic extract as an immune system booster. David talks very quickly and he didn’t spell this out.

Hey David, congratulations on your upcoming “superfoods” event in Israel. I grew up in one of the Kibbutzim in the Hula Valley and so I am excited to hear that you are going to be there. I will not be able to attend this time. However, I will take notes from here in California.

Yes, repeat the type of Algae please. And what is the chocolate / mesquite? Can we really combine all these powders into a big jar? I have tons. How big of a jar? Prettynew here too – Where is this event?? Thanks & blessings. I’ve been stacking for years. I feel more sane after the call! Xo

  11. Dawn says:

Jerri I missed it too, it was the Cold Flu Fever recipe to take every hour. It was 5 capsules each of 500 milligram. With medicinal mushroom, Aged garlic exract and blue green alge but I also did not get what kind of algae it was. To clarify was it 500 milligram of each product packaged in 5 capsules that would total 2,500 milligrams total each hour? And did David say how long to take it? Did he say it would knock out the cold, flu, fever in a couple of hours?

    Angie,

I think you might be referring to a dandelion, cocotrienols, mesquite, chocolet, agave nector or stevia mixture. Possibly the coctreinols would have cost $4,000 to buy in the 1960’s but now you could purchse the same amount of product for $40.00 10 p at only 10 percent of what it cost in the 1060’s.

but I was disconnected and am offline now.

    Jerri,

The dehydrator is like a low heat oven. You can make crackers from flax seeds, and pies from nuts, and pizza without flour, and lasagna without noodles. I bought mine in May and have made crackers, that are fantastic. But have not made other recipes yet.

Hi David. Thank you for what you gave us tonight. Unfortunately the telecast wasn’t working in the LA area. And the phone sound was somewhat garbled on both my land line, my cell ph and my friends cell ph. I’m sorry I missed so much.

I’m pretty much dedicated to your products and suggestions (everytime I go to Erewhon, I buy even more products you’ve recommended), and to being 100% raw. See you at the event. Thanks again.

  19. bert thornley says:

That was a little ridiculous. You guys make a fetish out of dubious health nonsense. And try to pack or”bundle” as much as you can into every moment. Its not going to make you immortal. You’re still going to die. You seem to be filling your time because you’re afraid of stillness. It seems a little desperate. Actually…very desperate. Who is needing to seek all of this. Keeping this machine of healthfood utopia going. Who? Why? Why so obsessed? Go to Depth.

Vote: Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0

    • Jon says:

I agree Bert. This is plain multi-tasking looks and can lead to fragmentation of attention. I dig the combining of foods to save time but “bundling” tasks seems like it will move you away from stillness and the tranquility of the present moment. Pick up Tolle’s The Power of Now to get a different perspective.

    • George F says:

Bert, The point here is not to be immortal. The point is to sustain a quality of life so you don’t end up with a disease and live at your highest potential. Every day we are pounded with pharmaceutical company bullshit. They make money by KEEPING US SICK. THAT is the machine my friend. Open your mind and your eyes!

David’s talk was about stacking simple tasks to leverage time. Obviously a real practice takes attention but easy tasks that can be done together should be.

Bundling is how I used to live but I just still call it for what it is, which is multi-tasking. I do try to live differently now, which is feeling deserving of being alive without having to earn it by doing good deeds. Thanks for the free call though, I like your tips on health. And I love your energy, very positive, upbeat and contagious, thanks for firing me up about life:)!

    • Ruby says:

Check on your minerals. Lack of minerals causes premature graying and loss of hair. In 1990 I attended a medical seminar that covered most of the south eastern US and more Doctors trying to find out what they could do to avoid unnecessary medical treatments so that they only needed catastrophic help medically. One of the attendees was totally gray headed and nearly none to speak of. He subsequently dealt with that with minerals increase and balancing. He would be +/- 90 now and may not be around to explain it, however I will check to see if I can relocate him. Within a two year time frame I visited him and his wife in Hendersonville, North Carolina and he had a full head of strong natural red hair and the hair on his arms also was back to a normal red. I hope you will be able to find a knowledgeable source of this type of information, David Wolfe may possibly be such a source, in the meantime. You could email me at healer1959@yahoo.com to see if I have relocated him in a week or two.

    Matthew 6:25 (Whole Chapter)
“That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing?

We are all destined to die and the important thing to focus on is where we will spend eternity. In Heaven or in Hell.

    John 3:16 (Whole Chapter)
“For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

Now that is what I call a longevity program.

    • Claudia S. says:

You are complete right Brian, but I can’t help to think by looking at your picture that you must have a good program that includes food and hours spent at working out. The way I see it is that David is trying to help people to live better lives by being disease free (among many other things)to truly enjoy the gift of life to the fullest. This is his job, carrier, purpose in life, whatever you want to call it – to help others. We all have to make money one way or the other, David is just one of those lucky people that loves what he does and gets paid for doing it. I admire his work, dedication and knowledge.

      • Carole C says:

Yes, I totally agree with you….being able to share with others something that will change their lives and what you are passionate about AND make money too is a gift. We all have to work…most people hate what they do…I would rather learn from someone that is passionate and loves what they do and has my best interest at heart rather than someone that is just in it for the $$…like the doctors, Big Pharma, corporations that have a responsibility to the shareholder….that couldn’t give a damn about me only how much they make off me.

    Dear David,
I love all the information you offer, but I have to agree with the others who commented that this is still multitasking. This presentation gives the impression that we should not want or need quiet time. What about living in the moment and experiencing each task just as it is with full awareness. This is the path to true joy. You should try it sometime.
